Copley Couriers were established in 1992 by Mr & Mrs Copley, who are still at the helm today. Initially we had two vehicles. The car carried people and our van carried parcels. We offered a cheque on delivery service and the parcels side soon grew as news of our reliability spread. The addition of a second hand Astra Max, coupled with the desire to work hard and go that extra mile set us apart and on the road to steady expansion.
1995 saw us take on premises and another 3 vehicles. Sadly the car had gone by this time as parcels, pallets and hazardous goods became our stock in trade. Local and Central Government contracts, plus regulars within the food industry would underpin sustained growth into the 21st century. In 2006, still with most of our original employees, we were able to buy our present premises and storage centre. Our current 15 strong fleet of vehicles now range from Mercedez Vitos to a 7.5 tonne lorry.
